While we head into week two of our Stop the Madness theme, we would like to discuss simplifying – at home and in life. If you remove stuff mentally and physically, you allow room for new things to enter. This is the right time to clean out your closets, cabinets, and garage and donate 20-25% of the “stuff” you’re not using to a needy cause. It’s also a terrific time to step faraway from any relationships which might be toxic or no longer serving you! Clearing the clutter is an amazing approach to feel lighter, more focused, and less stressed.
Simplify
Something to Take Into Consideration
Exactly why do we keep so many things that we don’t use? If you’re like the majority of us, you could think of that “someday” use for things. For those who really love something you aren’t using, give it to an individual who would certainly be thankful and use it. They’re going to embrace it and think of you each and every time they use it.
Weekly Challenge
Clean out a portion of your “stuff”, including toxic relationships, and simplify.
