MEMES are a great way to express yourself humorously. Here are some great Real Estate MEMES that convey some pertinent truths about the Real Estate industry.
MEMES & What You Can Learn From Them
Your Real Estate agent should be excited and interested about their work! This is one of the best ways to guarantee that you are going to receive top-notch service. An agent that in interested and passionate about their work is going to be up-to-date with all the market trends and technologies. Their enthusiasm will liven your experience and make your home selling/buying that much better.
I love this MEME, because it has two very important messages. If you love a Realtor, then you should “raise your glass” by letting them know how much you value their service, recommending them to others, and using them again. There is nothing more gratifying then praise about the value that you are providing your clients. If you don’t feel this way about your Realtor, then you should find someone who makes you want to “raise your glass”.
Patrick Stewart perfectly conveys a Realtor’s emotion when a couple agrees. It is important to remember that buying a home together mean two sets of opinions, two sets of expectations, two sets of wants, and two sets of needs. Your Realtor wants to find the perfect balance between each of these things, and sometimes that can be a difficult task. So, when the stars align and a couple finds their home, it is a truly magical moment.
Even after that magical moment occurs, there are still going to be some bumps in the road. We are in an up market with low inventory, so multiple offer situations are going to happen. My advice, keep calm and turn to your Realtor. They are experienced at finding out what you should offer, putting in the right contingencies, and negotiation. A lot of people think that the hardest part of the job for a Realtor is finding the home. In reality, the real work starts after the home is found.
This MEME also ties into the idea that your Realtor should be excited about what they do. Buying a home is an exciting process! So, when your offer beats out other offers or is just plain accepted…it should be exciting!! Yes, it is just the beginning, and no you don’t own the house just yet…but you are on your way. This is always a great feeling and moment.
I can’t help but laugh when I see this MEME, partly because of Kevin Hart’s face. Also because I feel like every Real Estate agent does this at some point in their career. Zillow does not know the value of your home. Your Realtor will pull up what all of the comparable properties are selling for in your neighborhood . This will be based on age of your home, size, amenities, condition, beds, and baths. Then, during the listing appointment your Realtor will walk around your home and determine condition. Based on the comparable sales and the condition of your home your Realtor will give you an accurate suggestion of what to list your home at.
Don’t believe me? Zillow’s CEO sold his house on February 29th for $1.05 million. His home Zestimate was $1.75 million… 40% more than his actual home value. Give it a Google.
Last, but of course never least, is this beauty. Even though we might provide you with some tough love, and tell you the things you don’t want to hear, we are looking out for you. Your agent is on your side, and if they are not then refer back to the gorgeous Leonardo DiCaprio above. I hope you found this MEME gallery educational and hilarious!
