Live Oak Preserve is a lushly landscaped, gated, planned community located in the heart of New Tampa, convenient to I-275, I-75 and I-4.

Located right outside the community is a plethora of dining and shopping options. A short drive north is the open air Wiregrass Mall and the newly opened Tampa Premium Outlets. Restaurant offerings include Burger 21, Panera Bread, Red Robin and Bonefish Grill, just to name a few! The area is also a short drive to University of South Florida and Busch Gardens and is convenient to downtown Tampa.

Live Oak has a multi-million dollar clubhouse that sits in the center of the community and includes a resort-style pool, fitness center, children’s playground, kitchen and meeting rooms and multiple tennis and basketball courts. All subdivisions within the community have wide winding sidewalks that are perfect for exercising, biking and taking an evening stroll.

The area is also known for its excellent schools – all housed within the community! Turner-Bartels K-8 School is located within the private roads of the subdivision.

Live Oak has several villages within the community that offer single family homes as well as town-homes. It was built in the early 2000’s and home prices range from the mid $100’s for a town-home to over $400 for your larger single family pool homes.
