With the neighborhood’s easy access to Highway 301, I-75, I-4, and the Crosstown Expressway, getting from Bloomingdale Hills around the Tampa Bay area from here is a breeze.

The neighborhood’s Bloomingdale Hills Park is a fun place to relax or take the little ones out to play. There’s also a wide variety of dining available locally- including lots of unique eateries like the Acropolis Greek Taverna (which features traditional Greek dishes and a festive atmosphere with belly dancing) and the Lemon Grass Thai Kitchen.

Winthrop Town Centre is right around the corner and its village-style complex offers shopping, dining, medical care, special events, classes, and entertainment.

Westfield Brandon Town Center with its multiple fine stores and eateries is less than 10 minutes away.

Low HOA fees and no CDD fees make the home prices in this neighborhood an even better value.
