They say that 90% of the success that we achieve in life is dependent upon what goes on between our ears. How you choose to think and spend the energy and time available to you in a given day will determine your direction in life. Something powerful to remember is that everything in life that you consume will do one of two things: It will either strengthen you or weaken you. That means that the food you eat, the fluids you drink, the air you breathe, the books you read, the movies you watch, the people with whom you engage, and the music that you listen to are either contributing to your success or withdrawing from it. Be a conscious consumer. Begin by choosing to consume the things that strengthen you and eliminate the things that do not. No one transforms themselves overnight. It happens by taking small and consistent steps. We all have the same amount of time each day. Use it wisely.
Be a Conscious Consumer
Something to Think About
The past year has made us keenly aware of how important it is to consume the right foods, so we stay healthy. To guard ourselves against negative news or toxic people which take a toll on us mentally. Your body is a temple. Protect it against anything that does not serve you.
