Combat Fatigue with these 7 Simple Things
1. Breathe deeply. Breathing is our most elemental and immediate need, and when you feel fatigued the first thing you should do is to take a deep breath. Deep breathing helps deliver oxygen to the cells and nutrients to the bloodstream. A couple of deep breaths may help you be a little more energized and even more relaxed within a few minutes. Consciously breathe and experience the rewards.
2. Drink plenty of water. Sufficient hydration is actually a main source of energy for your system. Waiting up until you get thirsty to drink is really a mistake, because thirst is often a sign that your energy has already been becoming depleted. Dehydration zaps energy and produces fatigue by reducing your blood volume. When you are dehydrated you really feel tired, run down, and weary.
