About Us

Nick and Cindy have Real Estate experience in the Tampa Bay area since 2005. They have completed over 1,100 Real Estate Transactions totaling more than $170 million in sales. Nick and Cindy consistently seek to improve themselves through training and education earning Real Estate designations including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE), Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and E-PRO. Nick and Cindy also provide Property Management services to their clients and have managed up to 40 properties at any given time.

In 2018, Nick furthered his skills by becoming a professional Real Estate Photographer, including interior photographs, drone aerial photos and complete video content for listings to enhance their level of service by providing exceptional value to Sellers showcasing each listing.

Awards and Recognition as RE/MAX Real Estate agents Nick and Cindy have achieved 100% Club 5 years and Platinum Club recognition 11 years. Nick and Cindy have earned the RE/MAX status of Hall of Fame in 2011 and the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Nick and Cindy met and were married in 1987 while they were both stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany, serving in the 3rd Infantry Division. As soldiers, Nick, and Cindy each completed Drill Sergeant School and served as Drill Sergeants, United States Army Airborne School and Nick also completed Air Assault School.

Nick and Cindy Relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1998 where Nick was assigned to University of South Florida as an ROTC Instructor. Nick and Cindy have relocated their family more 25 times over the years. They have resided in Germany, Korea, Georgia, South Carolina, Kansas, and Florida. They have completely remodeled a home together. They have one son, Nicholas, a daughter-in-law, Lauren, a boxer grand-dog named Calvin and two chihuahua sisters named Ella and Bella.

Nick grew up in Springfield/Chicopee, Massachusetts and joined the Army when he was 17 years old. Nick excels in technology and enjoys sharpening his drone and photography skills while building the business website and YouTube channel.

Cindy grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida and joined the Army when she was 22 years old. Cindy graduated from college with her bachelor’s degree in business management in 2010. Cindy is an avid reader and enjoys nature, as well as cooking and decorating her home.

Nick and Cindy value home-ownership and love working in the Real Estate Profession. Nick and Cindy bought their first home in Columbus, Georgia in 1989, thereafter due to many relocations’ home-ownership was not always a possibility while serving in the military. Many times, renting was the only option. Nick and Cindy always dreamed of someday retiring from the United States Army and owning a home in Florida. So, they did and now they help others realize their dreams of home-ownership. Dream with your eyes wide open…

The ABR Designation

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The cornerstone of buyer representation education, this comprehensive course covers this specialty top to bottom.

The overall goals of the ABR® Designation Course are to educate and prepare buyer’s reps to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers that sellers have always enjoyed, and to offer methods for building their buyer representation business.

When an agent has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation they gain valuable real estate education that elevates their  skills, knowledge and professionalism for their home buyers.

The CLHMS Designation

Recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require.

Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

 

2014 A Year in Review

REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 37,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.

e-PRO Agents know how to use the latest social media technologies, such as Facebook and Twitter, to create an online presence vital in reaching today’s hyper-connected consumers. NAR’s e-PRO® certification also teaches agents how to take advantage of rich media and e-office strategies to run their business more efficiently.
